Unlike regular parcels, art requires special handling. Our logistics team carefully prepares each piece using safe, impact-resistant packaging, and when needed, custom wooden crates to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
We currently only offer direct shipping for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
For all other countries, please request a quote so we can calculate the safest and most cost-efficient transport solution tailored to your order.
Because your artwork is created especially for you, we cannot accept returns.
In the rare case of damage upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll handle the issue immediately.
